Witness Locating & Interviewing

Drees Investigation Agency can locate witnesses, defendants and missing persons. We identify and interview witnesses who we feel have relevant information pertaining to our client's case. These may include friends, relatives, work colleagues, neighbors or another involved party.

Once located our trained investigators will interview the witnesses to gain a clear assessment of their knowledge of the case and only then will they obtain a clear and detailed written statement of facts. Interviews can also be recorded (with appropriate consent) on audio and video tape if required.

Missing Persons

There are many reasons a missing person needs to be located. Some reasons are more sensitive than others and this is taken into consideration in the locating process. It may be a missing relative, a beneficiary to a will, a runaway child, a defendant or an abducted person. All these enquiries have to be approached in different and specialized ways to find the relevant and proper person.

We can access local, National and international databases with key facts and information that will help us trace a missing person wherever they may be in the world.

Adultery/Divorce

There are many causes that can attribute to divorce proceedings. The private investigator usually becomes involved to collect and collate sufficient evidence about a partner's activity to enable the client to make an informed discussion about their future.

It may be that one partner is being unfaithful, and discreet surveillance is required. Photographic evidence can be obtained (keeping within the privacy laws), to prove dates, times and identities.

After a divorce decision has been made, evidence may still be required to assist our client and the courts with child custody, alimony or the division of joint assets. These can be emotional times, where partners become embittered against each other, making false allegations, hiding evidence and assets. In these circumstances documented evidence can prove vital to protect the clients interests.
